Documentation fixes

• CITATION file: modified citation function: citEntry -> bibentry and parameter entry -> bibtype
• Replaced function \url by \doi in all relevant files (relative.eigen.R, Tropheus-dataset.R, Tropheus.IK.coord.R)

• cov.W now allows to weight the within-group covariance matrices by the sample size
• Added the data frame Tropheus.IK.coord, a subset of the data frame Tropheus for 6 populations only, with Procrustes aligned coordinates instead of raw coordinates

Other changes

• Changed the examples of all functions to use the data frame with Procrustes aligned coordinates, instead of the raw coordinates
• Added rownames and colnames for the output of col.B
