abstract: Implements a Shapley-value framework to decompose changes in health-adjusted
  life expectancy (HALE) into additive contributions of individual diseases or causes,

  effects and provides second-order Shapley interaction indices. Uncertainty is propagated
  via parametric bootstrap.
