Data are downloaded on demand through the official APIs and cached locally, with the source, vintage and transformation of every variable recorded in a codebook. Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) rules are turned into standardised annual stringency indices (adoption, nominal, coverage-adjusted and incremental requirements, following Yin and Powers (2010) , plus design-flexibility indicators). Output works directly with the 'plm', 'fixest' and 'csdm' packages. authors: - family-names: Adebayo given-names: Moses email: adebayomoses2021@gmail.com repository: https://cran.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/adebayomoses/rpspanel commit: 72f2d41a6c4fec4ce1de5a6a7aa780b9d3e2a9be url: https://github.com/adebayomoses/rpspanel date-released: '2026-10-27' contact: - family-names: Adebayo given-names: Moses email: adebayomoses2021@gmail.com
