pyrt 0.1.0 (2026-10-27)

• Initial CRAN release of pyrt: standalone Python runtime semantics for R packages generated by pyport without any Python installation.
• Reference-semantics mutable containers (py_list, py_dict, py_set) and immutable py_tuple.
• Arbitrary-precision integers backed by gmp::bigz with automatic 32-bit integer demotion, Python floor division (//), modulo (%), and two's-complement bitwise operations.
