The voxels are found by matching the voxel values stored in the XML file to the standardised uptake values (SUV) computed from the DICOM header. The resulting voxel table (positions in pixels and millimetres, and SUV) can be passed to the 'Python' library 'PyRadiomics' (van Griethuysen et al. (2017) ) through 'reticulate' to compute radiomics features. authors: - family-names: Lan given-names: Tao email: lantao32405@gmail.com - family-names: Wolsztynski given-names: Eric email: E.Wolsztynski@ucc.ie repository: https://cran.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/tao-lan/osirad commit: ed819f3dbd901f10c61f81b28d527e9818f04f04 url: https://github.com/tao-lan/osirad date-released: '2026-11-07' contact: - family-names: Lan given-names: Tao email: lantao32405@gmail.com
