Description: An R Interface to 'Orthanc' DICOM servers for medical
        imaging workflows. 'Orthanc' is a lightweight, open-source
        DICOM server that exposes a comprehensive REST API for
        managing, querying, retrieving, and modifying DICOM resources
        (<https://www.orthanc-server.com>). The goal of this package is
        to provide comprehensive and user-friendly access to the
        'Orthanc' REST API, designed to align with idiomatic R
        workflows while preserving the structure and semantics of DICOM
        resources.
