Description: Evaluates and fits the Linear Time-Variant Logistic Model
        with Shape Parameter (LTVLMS) for dynamic growth processes. The
        model combines a linearly time-varying growth rate with a shape
        parameter for asymmetric trajectories and includes numerically
        stable prediction utilities. Methodological details are
