# -------------------------------------------- # CITATION file created with {cffr} R package # See also: https://docs.ropensci.org/cffr/ # -------------------------------------------- cff-version: 1.2.0 message: 'To cite package "landscapeR" in publications use:' type: software license: GPL-2.0-or-later title: 'landscapeR: Categorical Landscape Simulation Facility' version: 1.3.1 identifiers: - type: doi value: 10.32614/CRAN.package.landscapeR abstract: Simulates categorical maps on actual geographical realms, starting from either empty landscapes or landscapes provided by the user (e.g. land use maps). Allows to tweak or create landscapes while retaining a high degree of control on its features, without the hassle of specifying each location attribute. In this it differs from other tools which generate null or neutral landscapes in a theoretical space. The basic algorithm currently implemented uses a simple agent style/cellular automata growth model, with no rules (apart from areas of exclusion) and von Neumann neighbourhood (four cells, aka Rook case). Outputs are raster dataset exportable to any common GIS format. authors: - family-names: Masante given-names: Dario email: dario.masante@gmail.com preferred-citation: type: article title: Fragmentation and thresholds in hydrological flow-based ecosystem services. authors: - family-names: Amy given-names: Thomas - family-names: Dario given-names: Masante - family-names: Bethanna given-names: Jackson - family-names: Bernard given-names: Cosby - family-names: Bridget given-names: Emmett - family-names: Laurence given-names: Jones journal: Ecological Applications year: '2020' url: https://doi.org/10.1002/eap.2046 repository: https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=landscapeR repository-code: https://github.com/dariomasante/landscapeR url: https://github.com/dariomasante/landscapeR date-released: '2024-12-08' contact: - family-names: Masante given-names: Dario email: dario.masante@gmail.com
