        with the generating functions included. Control correction:
        Abbott, Schneider-Orelli, Henderson-Tilton, Sun-Shepard.
        Toxicity scales: Horsfall-Barratt, Archer, Gauhl-Stover,
        Fullerton-Olsen, etc.
