It also provide option to calculate the growth rate applying first derivative of the Gompertz function. - The function 'spline.interpolation' is now 'dm.na.interpolation', with two methods: 'spline' and 'seasonal' interpolation. The seasonal interpolation used ARIMA model to detect the daily pattern for three weeks (the week of gap occurrence + one week earlier and later) and interpolates the missing values. - A new function 'read.dendrometer' is included to read the dendrometer data from TXT, CSV and EXCEL files. - A new function 'mean.detrended.dm' calculates the averaged detrended dendrometer data with possibility getting first order autocorrelation free averaged series. - A new function 'mov.cor.dm' is added for calculating climate-growth relationships.
