Description: Scalable inference for Varying Coefficient Mixed-Effects
        Models (VCMMs) with large, correlated random effects.
        Implements sufficient-statistics, one-step

        SVD-stabilized (Singular Value Decomposition) estimators with
        Kronecker and separable covariance structures. Implements the
        methodology of Jalili and Lin (2025)
