cepip 0.1.0 (2026-10-29)

• First release: CEP-IP (GAM with PRSS k search, EP and TREP cells, inflection point with CI and IPRS), SKCS, the CMRF band and RSk-fCV gate, Validation1, the partner screen, per-donor group shares, donor-paired DEGs, donor-level association models, plots, and cepip_save().
• cepip_example() downloads the example data from Hugging Face, and cepip_example_clear() deletes the cached files.
• Reproduces the SEA-AD PVM_3 and HKG8 arms of the CEP-IP with CMRF paper (inst/scripts/reproduce_seaad.R).
• Reproduces the PCa analysis of the published CEP-IP paper (inst/scripts/reproduce_cmpb_pca.R).
