Bug fixes

• Fixed a compilation failure in src/Hierarchical.cpp caused by an ambiguous reference to span under newer C++20 toolchains, where std::span (pulled in transitively via <chrono>/<format>) collided with the unqualified arma::span from Armadillo. All uses are now explicitly qualified as arma::span. This was the cause of the package's archival from CRAN.
