This\nversion automatically estimates the additive treatment effect\namong the treated (ATT) and among the controls (ATC). The\ntmle() function calculates the adjusted marginal difference in\nmean outcome associated with a binary point treatment, for\ncontinuous or binary outcomes. Relative risk and odds ratio\nestimates are also reported for binary outcomes. Missingness in\nthe outcome is allowed, but not in treatment assignment or\nbaseline covariate values. The population mean is calculated\nwhen there is missingness, and no variation in the treatment\nassignment. The tmleMSM() function estimates the parameters of\na marginal structural model for a binary point treatment\neffect. Effect estimation stratified by a binary mediating\nvariable is also available.
