The package supports\nspatial structures under the Simultaneous Autoregressive (SAR)\nand Leroux Conditional Autoregressive (CAR) models,\naccommodating survey design effect (DEFF) adjustments. The\n'rjags' package is employed to obtain parameter estimates via\nGibbs Sampling.
