  "Description": "Robust estimation for partially linear additive models\nbased on B-splines. The package implements a robust proposal\nthat combines robust linear MM-regression estimators, which use\nan initial S-estimator followed by an M-estimation step with\nfixed scale, and B-spline approximations. The M-estimation step\nuses Tukey's bisquare function. The least-squares counterpart\nis also implemented. See Boente and Martínez (2023)\n<doi:10.1016/j.csda.2022.107611> for more details. The package\nalso provides robust and least-squares estimators for additive\nmodels, that is, when the covariates enter only the\nnonparametric component of the model.",
