Requests and responses\ncross the native boundary as method names plus opaque byte\nbuffers; 'RProtoBuf' supplies and consumes the bytes, so\nschemas are loaded at runtime and no generated service stubs\nare required. Native completion threads never call the R API:\ncompletions are queued natively and delivered in batches on the\nR main thread. Complements 'RProtoBuf' rather than replacing\nit. Links against the system 'gRPC' library for 'C++'.",
