Currently implemented scenarios are: piecewise-constant\nsignal, piecewise-constant signal with a heavy-tailed noise,\npiecewise-linear signal, piecewise-quadratic signal,\npiecewise-constant signal and with piecewise-constant variance\nof the noise.
