It\nincludes an adaptive weighted multitaper spectral estimate, a\ncoherence estimate, Thomson's Harmonic F-test, and complex\ndemodulation. The Slepians sequences are generated efficiently\nusing a tridiagonal matrix solution, and jackknifed confidence\nintervals are available for most estimates. This package is an\nimplementation of the method described in D.J. Thomson (1982)\n\"Spectrum estimation and harmonic analysis\"\n<doi:10.1109/PROC.1982.12433>.",
