  "Description": "Estimation of multivariate normal (MVN) and student-t data\nof arbitrary dimension where the pattern of missing data is\nmonotone. See Pantaleo and Gramacy (2010)\n<doi:10.48550/arXiv.0907.2135>. Through the use of\nparsimonious/shrinkage regressions (plsr, pcr, lasso, ridge,\netc.), where standard regressions fail, the package can handle\na nearly arbitrary amount of missing data. The current version\nsupports maximum likelihood inference and a full Bayesian\napproach employing scale-mixtures for Gibbs sampling. Monotone\ndata augmentation extends this Bayesian approach to arbitrary\nmissingness patterns.  A fully functional standalone interface\nto the Bayesian lasso (from Park & Casella), Normal-Gamma (from\nGriffin & Brown), Horseshoe (from Carvalho, Polson, & Scott),\nand ridge regression with model selection via Reversible Jump,\nand student-t errors (from Geweke) is also provided.",
