Quality checks on\nthe harmonized data report duplicate keys, type conversion\nlosses, breaks in yearly statistics and jumps in missing\nvalues, and outputs pass statistical disclosure control before\nthey leave the institute. Builds on the analysis tools in\n'mditools'. Capital stocks via the perpetual inventory method\nfollow OECD (2009) ; disclosure\ncontrol applies the minimum-frequency and dominance rules with\nsecondary suppression described in Hundepool et al.
