  "Description": "Estimates both tail area-based false discovery rates (Fdr)\nas well as local false discovery rates (fdr) for a variety of\nnull models (p-values, z-scores, correlation coefficients,\nt-scores).  The proportion of null values and the parameters of\nthe null distribution are adaptively estimated from the data.\nIn addition, the package contains functions for non-parametric\ndensity estimation (Grenander estimator), for monotone\nregression (isotonic regression and antitonic regression with\nweights), for computing the greatest convex minorant (GCM) and\nthe least concave majorant (LCM), for the half-normal and\ncorrelation distributions, and for computing empirical higher\ncriticism (HC) scores and the corresponding decision threshold.",
