  "Description": "Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) is a Magnetic Resonance\nImaging modality, that measures diffusion of water in tissues\nlike the human brain. The package contains R-functions to\nprocess diffusion-weighted data. The functionality includes\ndiffusion tensor imaging (DTI), diffusion kurtosis imaging\n(DKI), modeling for high angular resolution diffusion weighted\nimaging (HARDI) using Q-ball-reconstruction and tensor mixture\nmodels, several methods for structural adaptive smoothing\nincluding POAS and msPOAS, and a streamline fiber tracking for\ntensor and tensor mixture models. The package provides\nfunctionality to manipulate and visualize results in 2D and 3D.",
