  "Description": "A common misconception is that the Hochberg procedure\ncomes up with adequate overall type I error control when test\nstatistics are positively correlated. However, unless the test\nstatistics follow some standard distributions, the Hochberg\nprocedure requires a more stringent positive dependence\nassumption, beyond mere positive correlation, to ensure valid\noverall type I error control. To fill this gap, we formulate\nstatistical tests grounded in rank correlation coefficients to\nvalidate fulfillment of the positive dependence through\nstochastic ordering (PDS) condition.
