Recent\ndevelopments in enrichment design have introduced biomarker\nrandomness and accounted for the correlation structure between\ntreatment effect and biomarker, resulting in a two-stage\nthreshold enrichment design. We propose novel two-stage\nenrichment designs capable of handling two or more continuous\nbiomarkers. See Zhang, F. and Gou, J. (2025).
