  "Description": "Provides a systematic framework for neural network–based\nmodel selection and forecasting using single hidden layer\nfeed-forward networks. It evaluates all possible combinations\nof predictor variables and hidden layer configurations,\nselecting the optimal model based on predictive accuracy\ncriteria such as root mean squared error (RMSE) and mean\nabsolute percentage error (MAPE). Predictors are automatically\nstandardized, and model performance is assessed using\nout-of-sample validation. The package is designed for empirical\nmodelling and forecasting in economics, agriculture, trade,\nclimate, and related applied research domains where nonlinear\nrelationships and robust predictive performance are of primary\ninterest.",
