A suggestion is to start by\nworking with functions SuppressSmallCounts() and\nSuppressDominantCells(). These functions use primary\nsuppression functions for the minimum frequency rule and the\ndominance rule, respectively. Novel functionality for targeted\nattribute disclosure protection is also included. See Langsrud\n(2026) and references\ntherein. General primary suppression functions can be supplied\nas input to the general working horse function,\nGaussSuppressionFromData(). Suppressed frequencies can be\nreplaced by synthetic decimal numbers as described in Langsrud\n(2019) .
