  "Description": "The proximate composition analysis is the quantification\nof main components that constitutes nutritional profile of any\nfood and food products including fish, shellfish, fish feed and\ntheir ingredients. Understanding this composition is essential\nfor evaluating their nutritional value and for making informed\ndietary choices. The primary components typically analyzed\ninclude; moisture/ water in foods, crude protein, crude fat/\nlipid, total ash, fiber and carbohydrates\nAOAC(2005,ISBN:0-935584-77-3). In case of fish, shellfish and\nits products, the proximate composition consists of four\nprimary constituents - water, protein, fat, and ash (mostly\nminerals). Fish exhibit significant variation in their chemical\nmakeup based on age, sex, environment, and season, both within\nthe same species and between individual fish. There is minimal\nfluctuation in the content of ash and protein. The lipid\nconcentration varies remarkably and is inversely correlated\nwith the water content. In case of fish, carbohydrates are\npresent in minor quantity so that are quantified by subtracting\ntotal of other components from 100 to get percentage of\ncarbohydrates.",
