Changes in version 0.3                         

    o   added our BRM paper as vignette

    o   added bdm() function providing the block decomposition method. This allows to obtain acss values for strings larger than those included in our database. 

    o   fixed the URLs to use new complexity calculator website

    o   adapted code for use of new version of acss.data (version 1.2)
