abstract: Provides an end-to-end workflow for integrative analysis of two omics layers
  using sparse canonical correlation analysis (sCCA), including sample alignment,
  feature selection, network edge construction, and visualization of gene-metabolite
  relationships. The underlying methods are based on penalized matrix decomposition
