(2022) , so people without programming skills can use this approach as well. Until now, this approach was just available via 'R' scripts. This app, 'DiagnostySize', lets users apply the optimal sample size calculation approach, ensuring that no endpoint (sensitivity or specificity) is overpowered. Within the app, users can run the optimal sample size and power calculations for different study designs through a user interface. authors: - family-names: Wiesner given-names: Jana email: wiesner1@uni-bremen.de orcid: https://orcid.org/0009-0001-7031-7850 repository: https://cran.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/JanaW09/DiagnostySize_App commit: ded6ebfda1e88028d29235a4a497cdf3fd653736 url: https://github.com/JanaW09/DiagnostySize_App date-released: '2026-10-10' contact: - family-names: Wiesner given-names: Jana email: wiesner1@uni-bremen.de orcid: https://orcid.org/0009-0001-7031-7850
