Description: Performs efficient and scalable glm best subset selection
        using a novel implementation of a branch and bound algorithm.
        To speed up the model fitting process, a range of optimization
        methods are implemented in 'RcppArmadillo'. Parallel
        computation is available using 'OpenMP'.
