Description: Estimates and compares areas under curves formed by
        repeatedly measured outcomes observed subject to censoring and
        a terminal event. Implements Kaplan-Meier adjustment for
        censoring, influence-function standard errors, Wald inference,
        and multiplier perturbation inference, with utilities for
        interpolation, simulation, tabulation, and plotting. For
