Description: Provides a comprehensive framework for Air Quality Index
        (AQI) analysis from air pollutant concentration data using

        and its category, identifies the primary pollutant, and
        summarises, ranks, and visualizes results across monitoring
        locations. Methodology follows Central Pollution Control Board
